this is a Scam you get a piece of plastic , the app "pixie" neither the website exist, Im filing a claim

How do you use it? There's no Pixie Technology app in any of the app stores. Is this product even supported by the OEM. The OEM is out of business in 2020. I'm going to return this, if there's no support. @Amazon, this product SHOULD NOT be sold, zero app support. Out of business.

The app required to use this product is no longer available thus making it useless. The website to download the app outside of the app store is now owned by a different company. Don't waste your time buying this product.

Tried numerous time but never connected.Return and still waiting for refund.Looks as if the process next elevated up the pecking order????

This case is a disappointment. I am pretty bad with misplacing my wallet in the house and scrambling to find it before work in the morning. I figured that this case could be a solution, but thus far I am incredibly frustrated with it. I did a few test runs with the case and the app could not get me closer than about 8 feet from the wallet. It can be helpful to find out which room your lost item is in, but the accuracy is not on par with what I was expecting. The app is also incredibly confusing and randomly switches between the different modes of finding your item without warning. The included holding case is also awful, and it makes the power and volume buttons harder to press. Overall, I would not recommend this product, although I think I will hold onto it. Could use a lot of work and re engineering.
