Not factory beige, missing screw cover plate.
Misleading advertisement. This is not factory beige for my year model, it was also missing the cover plate that hide the screws.

Worked Great--Much cheaper than OEM Lexus Product
It worked great. I was able to install it in 5 minutes or less. It was much less expensive than the equivalent Lexus product and quality appears to be similar.

Works well, color not exact match
You can see the old one beside the new one inserted (but not yet screwed in, so don't interpret the picture as the part having a fit issue). The color match isn't ideal for the light tan interior but seems fine in my opinion given the price relative to OEM.

Easy install, looks good
I took a risk, ordering this given there was only 1 review, but seemed worth a shot. The lever popped in to easily replace the one I broke on my 2015 4Runner.The middle passenger side seat wasn't slid all the way back and I tried to fold the seat flat and the OEM part just snapped off in my hand. I was able to swap the cable out easily and screw this in place. This doesn't come with the little cover that hides the screws, so if that part is somehow broken, just be warned, this doesn't have a replacement. My cover was in fine condition and fit nicely in this part.
