I’ve been very happy with this device. With daily use, the massage feature has helped a lot with my TMJ and jaw tension. It’s also compact, easy to handle, and the battery lasts a long time. I personally mostly use the massage attachment. The red light feels a little weak to me, so I don’t really use that feature much. But for facial and jaw massage, it works really well and that alone makes it worth it for me.

Easily, the Theraface Pro is one of the best purchases I made for myself because it improved my appearance AND helped me get "out of my head." Because I am a highly cerebral person (due to my job and upbringing from childhood through grad school), I often spend a lot of my waking life "thinking" about the past and future rather than living in the moment, so when I have my daily rituals of massaging my face and using the microcurrent treatment, I redirect a lot of the "energy" in my head and brings my awareness back to the present. The percussive, infrared, and microcurrent therapies seem to stimulate collagen production and release tension (at least, they claim; I don't know the science), so I feel as if I turned 10 years younger after treatment. Admittedly, I don't know exactly how the treatments work at the physiological level, but I have only had good results from using this device. Even after days when I eat more carbs or sodium (when my face usually retains more water and looks puffier), I often use the percussive and microcurrent therapies, which help activate my facial muscles and "redistribute" a lot of fluid in the face, so my face looks much better defined. Although it might sound shallow, when I see that my face is more contoured, and that my skin is brighter, my mood is 10 times better. I know that the price is steep, but it is worth it!

The device was working fine for 2 months. What I liked the most was the lights therapy. Unfortunately, the lights stopped working right after the return window had closed! Amazon could not help because it passed the return time window. When I called the company's customer service number to ask about the product warranty, I got a message saying the number was out of service. For a product that was sold for $350, it is a shame that it only lasted 2 months. Does anyone know if Theragun (Therabody) is out of business?

As a newly middle-aged woman, aging skin has certainly become a hot topic for me. I bought this product to add to my daily routine and have really loved it! The cleansing ring has been fantastic. It does a great job of washing away the day’s makeup, lotions and sunscreens. Certainly better than using just my hands or a washcloth. My face feels so smooth and clean after! The different percussion attachments feel great and really help with the tight jaw I get from clenching my teeth at night (I also bought the hot and cold rings which help a lot with this too!). I especially like the micro point attachment which feels like it really stimulates the skin. I not only use this one on my neck but on my décolletage as well. Oh! And the blue light is perhaps my favorite feature. When I’m experiencing a forehead breakout (which yes, at almost 40, they still happen from time to time) I run the blue light over it a few nights in a row and it seems to calm things down. As someone who doesn’t take the time to schedule facials, this is a great at-home solution to pamper myself. I even use it while drinking my hot lemon water in the morning (habit stacking!). Highly recommend!

You can't beat all the different features this product offers, but unfortunately, I have to send it back... again. The first time I ordered this, the center magnet that holds the massage attachments onto the device was broken. I just received another one, and it has the exact same problem. This renders the massage attachments useless. There is a small center point where the magnet attaches to the device. The surface area is not enough for a strong hold. This is a major design flaw, and I hope Therabody fixes it. I really wanted to love this product, and I'm extremely disappointed it didn't work out. If they ever do improve their design, I'll be reordering, because the features are really great, but for a Therabody product, the quality just isn't there.

Sooooo excited for this product!! I have tried the percussive attachment, microcurrent, and LED head’s so far and I feel like my skincare routine has been elevated. I struggle with some anxiety and also just general stress from work/life and I love the ability to do some self-care and at home facial massages with this. I also have some acne that pops up from time to time and I have used the blue LED light and I think it has started to help calm it down!! I think therabody did a great job with this product and has brought facial therapy device we can all use at home to the market!! It is easy to use and has a great wireless battery life. There’s three easy buttons to use and the different heads easily click in to place when you change them out!! I think some more how to videos would be helpful and also explain more of the science behind the benefits (so some of us could nerd out).

YOU GUYS!! This is the most genuine review i can give. I'm so shocked it works. I recently had facial surgery and the doctor recommended using electric pulses to stimulate nerve reconnections. This was more expensive then the little Tens unit i was using, but figured if it helped tighten my face at the same time, why not? I honestly wasn't really expecting to see dramatic results, but after 3 days, i'm really seeing it! I have laugh wrinkles, that always looked a little puffy, and they have smoothed so much! Genetically i have a little extra skin under my chin (like a slight double chin, i guess) that i've always hated, and cant ever seem to get rid of regardless of my weight. After using this under my chin and jawline, it's reduced SO MUCH. The main negative review i've been reading are that the piece breaks very quickly. Really hoping that's not the case. But it made a believer out of me!

Wow, this device really works! It is the best multi tool! I have been using this consistently (almost every day) for over a month. I use the facial brush to wash my face, the red light therapy (to help with wrinkles), the blue light therapy (to stop breakouts) and the micro current device. I am now using level 2. I used level 1 for a month. The first thing I noticed was the difference in the color and softness of my skin. The first pic is just 1 week after use! The second pic is 1 month. I have noticed the complexion of my skin is brighter, smoother and more even. If you are looking for something that works, even though it is a bit pricey, I would highly recommend the Theraface Pro! I would also recommend watching the videos on the website.

Dear Team, I purchased this gadget at the beginning of August, and now I’ve encountered an issue: a part of the magnet has remained on one of the magnetic attachments, and as a result, none of the attachments can be connected anymore. This happened after only 1 month and 10 days of use, and I wasn’t even using it every day. In addition, I bought this device on an installment plan through Tabby and haven’t finished paying for it yet, but it has already broken. The return period is only 2 weeks, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Considering the high price of the product, a one-month lifespan is far too short. I kindly ask you to review my case and consider either a refund or a repair.

Loved it while it worked and then the percussive attachments would not stay on. Contacted TheraFace for warranty only to find out that they don’t support UAE. Outside of return window (2weeks) but Amazon made it ok. Very disappointing that the warranty is not valid here and that it broke so quickly
