how much lutein & Zeaxanthin are safe to take?

I've been reading a site edited by an osteopath. In case you don't know what they are, that's the same as an M.D., and accepted as such by all state boards and hospitals. However, they do tend to emphasize nutrition and exercise a bit more than some conservative M.D.'s do. Anyway, on this page of the site, he explains the roles of lutein and zeaxanthin, and points out that there's no known toxic effects of too much of them. 目に色々と問題があり、色々サプリを試していましたが、ルティンとゼアキサンチンの配合比率及び含有量がとてもいいのでこちらを選びました。なおかつコストパフォーマンスが私が調べた範囲では一番。1日1錠で140錠入り。実感できる効果はありませんが、サプリとはそういうものという認識です。医薬品ではないですから。買い始めた頃は粒がかなり大きかったのですが、今年になって（かな？）従来の半分くらいの大きさになり、ボトルの大きさは変わらないのでスカスカな感じになりましたが、含有量変わらず、ボトルについてる粒の写真も原寸、小さい方が飲みやすいので、改良です。海外からの発送ですが毎回早く届きます。
