Italian Cooking School: Pasta Paperback – October 12, 2015

A lot of great Italian recipes and instruction on how to make pasta! I bought a copy on an Italian cooking tour love it!

Easy read

I adore this book! The photos are lovely, the recipes are interesting and the layout is well put together and easy to read. However, a good chunk of the middle (page 99 -122) is in French! Does anyone else have this problem? Did I just get an off print? This includes the ravioli introduction, which I would very much like to read.

Great how to... I love to prepare from scratch,clear consice step by step guide, inspiring recipes and full of new ideas!
