Great Item but
This Batman66 Figure is an item to add to my collection. The Figure looks like Adam West. The only issue I have is the cardboard packaging was torn and damaged at the top. Due to this it can not be displayed properly and decrease its value...

Really looks like Frank Gorshin Riddler from Batman 1966
This Mcfarlane figure Really looks like Frank Gorshin the Riddler from Batman 1966 from the classic TV series in my opinion. Perfect for any Batman classic tv show fan or collector. I have seen other Riddler Frank Gorshin figures but this sculpt mold I think might be the best one so far and IF you can find one or get it for $17.99 retail I'd recommend this product = yes. Arrived quickly and in new unopened packaging. Many collect and don't open their figures and some open and display them. I'm undecided if I want to open it because I love the packaging as well.

viva batman 66!

Great value, good likeness, simple but effective
I really like this line (the McFarlane 'Batman 66' range). They tend to get some stick because there's not millions of points of articulation and they're relatively simplistic-But the genuine costumes worn by the actors were quite simplistic compared to the armour, texture and layers superheroes and villains often wear in franchises nowadays- so the simplicity is authentic- and I don't think, for me personally, every single figure needs to be cut into masses of articulated joints, anyway (I care much more about the integrity of a sculpt than contortion). And the likenesses are very good across the board. They do tend to lack the odd accessory, which is a small shame and there's definitely inconsistency of scale across the line, which is certainly a valid criticism, too, and a bit too common to McFarlane figures in general...But the price point for these is still really, really good in the current climate. It's become impossible for so many of us to continue to support Hasbro products at their pace and increased price points, and NECA, but for the fact they're not over saturating the market like Hasbro, are nearly at that point, too- but McFarlane are remaining on the right side of manageable and it's really appreciated. As far as this one in particular is concerned:I can only judge mine, but the paint application is fairly precise except for around the eyes (where the eye holes in the domino mask should have better separation between fabric and skin). Bit soft with too much bleed and a lack of definition/delineation there, sadly, which is disappointing; but the other paint application is crisp and accurate.Like the others in this line, this still looks like a genuine human wearing fabric, rather than an anatomical model of the naked muscle system painted in superhero colours- so a respectful, successful sculpt. Not hugely exciting for everyone, I guess- just a nerdy guy in spandex/lycra- but I love having these and I like this one fine, too.No interest in the novelty variants in this line (shorts, boxing, black and white) and really, really disappointed that otherwise essential variants are so limited (maskless Robin, Julie Newmar Catwoman)- but otherwise an excellent little line. Hoping it continues for a while. Still a few more necessary interpretations yet.
