We love it! The coolest gadget in our kitchen and we can take it anywhere. We’ve made breakfast lunch and dinner on it. We can cook inside or outside. We can take it with us on trips or to the beach, we love that it has the Lid to cover it. Wish it came with a case to store or to put in to carry when transporting but it’s ok. We purchased the 24in so it’s pretty big you have to make sure you have the room to store it. I LOVE that it doesn’t have a stand it makes it easier to transport and to put away. You can easily just put it on a table or on top of anything. It’s a little heavy. Cooking time is normal. Nothing STICKS!! It’s crazy lol.. definitely worth the money.

My husband didn’t want to deal with the clean up routine for the gas Blackstone so we decided to try this electric one. It’s great! Yes, it does cool down initially when you add the food but we’re learning to just increase the desired temp from the start to adjust for that. That is the main reason I didn’t give it a five star review. The CLEAN UP is the huge selling point! Just a quick wipe with Paper towel and then damp cloth. Done! No scraping and burning off and prepping the griddle after each use. The griddle has glass cover which cleans easily also and is removable if you don’t want it on. We’ve kept it on as it helps contain any grease splattering. Slick design. The grease pan is located on the back side and easily removable. The control knobs are digital and easy to use. Only other small drawback is the front edge—it’s angled rather than a 90 degree lip so if you’re too aggressive you’ll slide your food right off. Ha. But the griddle itself detaches easily off the electrical base so if you do spill its is an easy clean up. As far as the ceramic nonstick finish—it is exactly that! We had trouble flipping over-easy eggs because it’s that slippery! But hey, much prefer that than sticking. Overall, it’s well worth the money and super glad we bought it!

I was so excited when I found this griddle on Amazon. I've started meal prep and I'm cooking proteins for two people for 4 days. I was tired of having a cajillion skillets to clean and went for the griddle approach. Everything about this grill is what I wanted. It has a lid, it is very large, and it will go up to 500°. I've been using this griddle now for one month. I use it every 4 days. I have cooked eggs, bacon, chicken breast, chicken tenderloins, and pork steak loins. I've cooked the chicken breast and tenderloins more than once. At first I thought it was a learning curve but now I'm convinced this griddle is really bad. First of all, I have to go all the way to 500° to get enough heat to sear the protein. It takes a very long time to get a seer and by then the protein is dry. It does not cook evenly so you have to move the proteins around to get them all seared the same. I put eggs on the griddle and they slid to the edges. I did double-check that my counter was level to ensure it wasn't something other than the griddle and it caused it to be uneven. It's just all together very frustrating because the griddle is expensive and I convinced myself it was worth it to save me time and effort for my meal prep and now I just find myself aggravated during meal prep. I get it done, but it's aggravating because this griddle should be heated the same from end to end and it should be flat enough I can crack eggs across the entire surface. Even the chicken slides to the sides of the griddle and the sides of the griddle are not hot like the middle. I will say that it is easy to clean. I just popped the grill off of the unit and wash it with a little bit of soap. I can also clean the lid without too much trouble and the drip pan cleans very easily as well. It's too late to return it but I will say.... I am doing a lot of searching trying to find a better griddle. Also.... I thought Blackstone was a name I could trust. Sadly that is not the case with this griddle.

I absolutely love it. We have cooked on it almost everynight since it arrived . Steaks, chicken, pork chops, hamburgers, sausage links, hot dogs , roasted veggies , pancakes, hashbrowns, fried eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, grilled cheese sandwiches, mushrooms , onions, peppers, french toast ....... I mean I could keep going. All has cooked good on it . We season it and clean it after using it EVERY SINGLE TIME WE USE IT. Liquid items like scrambled eggs needs to be slowly added towards the front . As another review mentioned they run to the back. This is not a flawed design this is to help the grease flow to the back grease trap. It works flawlessly if you operate it correctly. DO NOT USE METAL UTENSILS buy a specific set for it with coated plastic or heat-resistant silicone. They have cleaners for it also . Use them. Do not put soap on it . This is a game changer for larger households . It takes me so much less time to cook our meals now and its easier to make healthier selections

*2ND UPDATE* Even after daily conversations with the seller WAHRAN they refuse to acknowledge that the product is defective. This seller has no interest in dealing with a problem and simply uses delay tactics to wear you down. Save your money and well being and buy from someone else. *1ST UPDATE* If I were you I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THE SELLER WAHRAN! They have no interest in working to replace a defective product or provide a reasonable refund! 1) Charges 20% refund fee, 2) Requires all shipping costs to be paid by the customer. Their "solution" to the bowed griddle was to re-level my counter! Clearly no concept of the geometry of the problem. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. *Original* The griddle is bowed upwards by 1/4" in the middle. This means everything (eggs, bacon, etc.) slides to the back or sides (In the case of eggs, they slide right out the drip hole). I also noticed the heating elements were crooked upon arrival. Although this might seem minor the uneven heating that results means this unit has very poor distributed heat.
