The sizes cannot be US sizes I would have to order 3 to 4 times a larger size in order to fit

Not made for average to above average
You need short and slim parts to fit in the pouch. If you have average or larger parts, it is going to be an extremely tight choke and not enough length. Not comfortable. Not enough room for the 2 friends either. May be more comfortable for females with toys.
