Overall, nice design..could be a little more sturdy.
I have bought these several times and i like the idea and they work fine. i just feel that it could feel a little more solid but overall, its a good product and will buy again.

Customized to be just what I needed
First off, the customer support is great for these products. One of the panels I received was damaged and after a short back and forth via email the seller quickly sent me a replacement for free.The modular design of these panels are great for small racks where space is at a premium. I was able to design and 3D print modules that hold a Raspberry Pi 4 and the Home Assistant Yellow. Being able to mix and match keystones and devices was just what I was looking for in my home rack.

Excellent patch panel for home theater
This is an awesome patch panel. Strain relief, good spacing, sub-panels that pop out. All my keystone jacks (RCA, HDMI, Ethernet, Speaker binding posts, F-connector, etc.) fit without issues. Very happy with this item.
