For any of you who have a VW Westfalia with utility ports on the side of your van, this part is an exact replacement part for the GoWesty made 110v port. My ground pole somehow broke off of mine, so rather than having to buy the full replacement on GoWesty, I was able to just purchase this part, which was all I needed. Back in business for a song! Easy to replace, too.

I am an idiot sometimes. I drove off while I still had an extension cord plugged into my camper's hookup. It broke the ground pin off and bent both of the blades to the outlet. Luckily, GoWesty designed these hookup boxes to easily take a replacement receptacle like this one. Took me a total of five minutes to replace the inner socket.And now my Vanagon is happy again!

I used this for my portable workbench. Now I can plug a cord into one side and have outlet power on any side of my rolling bench.

I was looking for a 15 amp male receptacle that wasn't grossly overpriced. This fit both the price and quality that I expected. I used it to have 15 amp electric enter my cargo trailer in a plastic water proof box. I got what I paid for and couldn't ask more for around $7.00

I used it for a rolling work bench to be able to plug an extension cord to have power for the outlet I hooked it to. Works great.

This worked fine for my single circuit transfer switch I made for my boiler.You need a 1-3/4 hole saw which is slightly smaller than the outlet but a very small amount of filing was all that was needed. Imo a 1-7/8 hole saw will be too big

the intention was for a easy dry weather 120 volt hook up for a led garden light array . realizing there is no water proofing on this device , i opted for the commercial grade install.

So far so good, added it to my shed and used an extension cord to put a light & switch in.

I used this product to be able to connect a generator between outdoors extension and indoors receptacle .

works well as lead into house from generator.
