Swanstone VT00022SS.011 Ellipse Solid Surface 1-Piece Vanity Side Splash, 0.75" L x 22" H x 3" H, Tahiti White

This is an engineered lightweight material that easily chips. It's so light that it felt like the shipping box was empty. The product was hollowed out on the back with only about a 3/4 inch lip on the circumference which would make attaching it to the wall difficult and not very secure in my opinion. If a back view had been available in the ad I would not have even considered purchasing it.

I had no problem with this seller, the item was sent quickly and came as described. My problem is with Swanstone at this point.To start, we remodeled our bathroom. Got a swanstone vanity of the same color as this item. The item here will match to the vanity if you have one, that's not an issue.I had to order 2 different ones on Amazon, and 2 at Home Depot, and am in the process of my 5th order of a swanstone side splash. Simply put, they come warped from the factory. The cooling process they use after molding warps the item, and sometimes even twists it. It will not sit flush on the wall. It usually leaves a significant gap on either end. After multiple returns, the home depot rep I am working with said swanstone instructed her that this is normal, and the customer should sand the item to fit, and make it flush. Well, if I wanted to chance ruining the item I bought and then having to live with that, sure, I could do that. They, however, won't fix or inspect their item to ensure that I would not have to do that. I understand the product is about a quarter inch too long for the vanity, and would trim it to fit, but that won't fix the warped ends.Simply put, it will not sit flush and Swanstone doesn't care, indicating this is normal. That's too bad, as the vanity we got is really nice, but we wanted to add the side splash to it.I would avoid this like the plague, until they fix their customer service and this product in particular.

The side splash was the finishing touch to the master bathroom. The vanity is absolutely beautiful.

Thank you, this product was just as described! Perfect for my "Swanstone CV2243-042 Contour 43-Inch" all-in-one counter I had also purchased off Amazon. None of my local stores carried the trim pieces for this particular (color) counter, and I just loved it!!! Shipping was seriously, the NEXT DAY, to ALASKA! I was shocked! Great seller.
