I know a K/D3 combo is good for me, and I despise the idea of popping a multivitamin pill. Gummies are always my go-to. But man...these things are SUGARY (as others have said). They don't have a *ton* of calories per gummy but I feel like I'm going to get cavities. Other than the sugar coating the flavor is...meh? Not bad, not great? They arrived fresh and soft. Texture is very biteable - like a very fresh sour gummy worm. All in all, I definitely prefer my many other gummy vitamins, but alas they don't come in this essential combo. At this point I'm undecided whether I'll repurchase or not.

At last, a form of vitamin D which I can actually tolerate!๐บ
I have tried about 50 types of vitamin D. This is the only one I have ever been able to take or should I say keep taking on a daily basis. Why is this? It is not oily. It does not taste terrible. It does not immediately causeme to have a stomach ache. In fact, it is quite delectable -almost like a fancy gumdrop with a pleasing pomegranate flavor. And it really seems to be helping! Itโs subtle, but I think for years Iโve needed this vitamin since Iโve been deficient in it and taking it now, seems to be helping me relax at night, and get more sleep!!! Many Thanks!!!๐๐๐๐ellen
