Columbiamens Pfg Bonehead Short Sleeve Shirt

How much does this shirt shrink when washed? Also, if it does shrink, is it mainly in the body of the shirt? Do the sleeves shrink up in length?

I know columbia pfg shirts run big, im 6'2" 200lbs and usually wear a large in most brands button downs, should i stick with a l or go with a m?
