Raspberry flavor tastes great so taking 4 pieces per day is not difficult. Was just looking for a gummy multi vitamin and this one had good reviews and they did not disappoint. I haven't noticed a difference or anything just that they are easier to take than the huge multivitamins on the market.

i’ve been very happy with these vitamins. i do not like that one serving size is 4 gummies. its a lot. but i would recommend overall. the texture and smell are ok. a tiny bit chalky but better than others ive had. the funniest bears are adorable.

A lot of people dislike having to take four, but honestly, I enjoy it—I prep little “vitamin snack packs” with these, my postnatals, and my immunity gummies, and it feels like a fun midday treat. The flavor isn’t bad, just one you warm up to. The texture is like a crunchy grape mixed with chewy taffy, so if you have sensitive teeth, these might not be for you. After a month of consistent use, I’ve noticed real improvements in my hair and nail growth. I’m five months postpartum and dealing with some hair loss, and these have definitely helped. Overall, a solid product I’d buy again!

This are tasty, easy to swallow, great quality, not sure of effectiveness but seems to help, energy level is still down cause I have low iron

Bad bad bad bad I don’t know what to say but this should be good taste for people who can’t swallow pills not bad taste and hardly to chewy and smell nasty don’t buy it It’s really bad it makes me feel like I want to throw up when I eat it and I stop taking them and They don’t allow me to return i don't recommend for anyone who can't swallow pills or chewing they taste bad hardly chewing them feel like throwing up while eating them

Tastes awful

I bought these because I wanted vegan gummy bears. But gummy bears are candy, and they don't do much other than taste good. These are delicious and are supposed to do something. They also come in a variety of flavors for different functions, so now I have multivitamins, hair, skin and nail protection all disguised as candy.

Good taste better than tablets

I've been using these for a few months. I do find they are working and helping with immunity. I usually get so sick especially in the fall and even when I catch a virus it seems its not as bad as it used to be. Vitamins taste good and seem to work. I will keep buying these and I really like that theres enough for 2 months
