I no longer have the box, but it's all natural.

My understanding is that e3 live needs to be thawed (liquid form). Is nutrition then compromised in ‘on the go’ packet form?

It comes in a little tube, but it's dry and powdered. Don't worry about the nutrition, it may be flash dried but it powdered.

Is this item a liquid or is it flash frozen? If it is frozen, how long would the product remain frozen during shipping?

This is powder I sprinkle a little bit into my morning smoothie almond milk, organic berries, raw cocoa, matcha, frozen banana, kale, swiss chard, collards and reishi using my vitamix high speed blender. This product has a noticible impact with regard to my morning workout

Can you use two packs at a time?

Yes, it is okay to use two packs at a time. Blue Majik is also available in a 50 gram bottle. You could scoop out a large spoonful.
