So happy I purchased it

Works just as well as what you’d be getting at the derm/doc. I purchased this over 2 months ago for treatment of vitiligo after paying far too much for treatments at the derm/dr office. This works just as well! I have been able to repigment more than half of each of my vitiligo patches using this alone. Keep in mind that this UVB wand is sold under different brands but what I have & what was shown in the pictures is labeled as kernel which is a name brand item (model kn4003). Just make sure you’re not paying more than you should or that you’re getting the correct item because of private labeling that might be happening. I wasn’t paid or given anything for this review.

This light is easy use. It has an automatic timer feature to prevent over treatment. I use it every other day and my psoriasis has improved by 50% in 3 weeks. Start with 11 seconds. I increased the time to 19 seconds per treatment area. The product is well packed and the box provides good protection for the light. It comes with UV safety glasses.A nice feature of the automatic timer is that you can start the treatment with two clicks of the on button, then an audible countdown starts to tick, and a louder beep signals the light is off. You don’t have to look at the light to determine that it is off. Then you can move to the next treatment area, double click, and the light will start along with counter, then the beep signals it off. This is useful for treating areas that you can’t see, such as the back of your head.

Works exactly as seller said, wife saw results within a few days of use.Recommend it to anyone suffering from soriases, tried every other method with short term or no results at all.Light treatments are so far the best results by far!

I purchased the first one, and it was defective. It happens. I sent it back and purchased a second one. Used it once, but now it's dead and beyond the return date. I strongly advise you not to purchase this product.

I'm using it for my plaque psoriosis. The charts in the user guide are complex looking but the main thing is moderation. I'm doing 2 minutes at a time. Average every other day and after about 4 times on any one area I'm seeing the patch shrinking. So yes so far (3 weeks) I am a happy recipient. Don't yet know about the lifetime of the tube but it can be replaced. So 5 stars so far.

I got this along with a separate UV light meter. It delivers approximately the same intensity of UV that full direct sunlight does, about ~4 mW/cm^2. Supposedly it is focused into the ~311nm range, although my UV light meter just measures the whole 280 to 400nm band.

None of the ezcema creams seemed to be working and my doctor suggested light therapy treatment, but it was going to be too difficult to drive to the office several times a week for a 10 minute treatment. I decided to try this on my own and it has been working well so far and my skin has not been cracking and peeling like before. I also switched to a Shea Butter lotion under his advice and combined, my hands are so much better.
