We were so excited to give this as a Father’s Day present. We bought it early (big mistake) and stored it until Father’s Day. When my husband opened it, it was bent and there was grease/oil in parts of it. It was really disappointing eaxpecially because we had put together a whole “pizza bar” to celebrate the day; planning to use it right away. We tried to initiate a return but since we bought it months in advance, we were outside of the return window. We tried to contact the manufacturer but were just redirected to the retailer. No one ever acknowledged the issues we had.

It fits easy on our gril . It hard to believe how much better pizza tastes cooked this pizza over. Disadvagtes It takes a while to heat . And the handle to open gets extremely hot. Be sure to use sturdy silicone gloves was a great buy

This little pizza oven is heated by a BBQ grill. It does require some assembly. All the pieces were in tact and assembled easily. The back wall of the oven was bent and needed to be bent back in so the lid would open. It's ready to be heated up and tested.*My only complaint was that the entire metal interior housing was filthy. It needed to be cleaned before assembling the stones. I don't know if it was oil to prevent rust or what but it was not pretty.I purchased my own peel.

Bottom stone cracked on second use.. Unable to easily find a replacement stone.

Product arrived within 2 weeks undamaged but missing some parts. I contacted the distributor in CA and they sent the missing parts by FedEx! This will go on top of our 22" Blackstone flat grill for pizza,, biscuits, etc. Our next RV trip is later this month and we can't wait to try this little oven! Awesome customer service and fast response to support issues. Thanks!

It works great and makes fantastic pizza. It opens up and makes it easy to place the pizza on the stone. Heats up quickly.
