Are these bags good for Ham or Turkey?

Yes, but you need to be careful of the roaster temperature. If the temperature is pushed above 400F you are on the edge of its performance. We mark are roasters to keep cooking temperature under 375F when using the liners. It is also critical to follow the instructions of putting a small amount of water between the liner and the metal liner. If the plastic melts, the food is ruined and you are in for a very tough cleaning job. We use them regularly for ham, but have never tried a turkey
