Exceeded expectations!
I wasn’t sure what to get to clean these second hand velvet chairs we just got. I looked it up and this seemed to be the hold on to product. I thought it may help a little. I am shocked at how wonderful the results are! I have attached a before and after! Wow! I used this product, dabbed it on the stained areas and brushed it with a very soft bristled brush. This is the result 😊.

It Works
I have huge water rings stains that was left by family members on my sofa. I tried this and on the first try, the ring was still there and I did not see a difference. I decided to purchase a small brush from the Dollar Tree and brushed it gently across the stain and it disappeared. Totally shocked because I tried everything to get these water rings out.

Worked great on a new stain, not so well on an old one.
I had two cotton/ polyester garments with stains I could not get out using Oxiclean or Dawn spray, my usual go tos . This stuff did remove one stain but the other is I’m afraid locked in forever, Having been laundered and dried several times before I attempted to get rid of that stain with this stuff.

No results
I needed a dry solution to get rid of natural yellow/rust body stains on my Ethan Allen 7 ft., S fabric ivory sofa which is textured and made of polyester, polyamide, viscose. ChatGPT recommended this item along with another Amazon reviewer who had great results on her Ethan Allen couch. I was so hopeful. Followed directions to the tee applying solution to lint free cotton white cloth and using technique of feathering , then using another cloth to dry. I then used a blow dryer 3-4 feet away on cool to speed up drying. Nothing. Stains still visible and present. I messaged company who replied “ discoloration is a natural yellowing of the ivory fabric rather than a stain caused by a spill or liquid, the Dry Cleaning Fluid may not be able to fully remove it. The product is designed primarily to help lift oil-based stains, grease, dirt, and other soils from fabrics. Yellowing caused by aging, oxidation, sunlight, or changes within the fabric itself can sometimes be permanent and may require a different type of treatment.”

works okay
i think the product works okay. some stains on my couch were old. i initially tried to remove them with another furniture stain remover before i realize all srain removers are not created equally. This provided a cleaner look to the stained area however becuase of the other product a ring remained that force could not get out. Recent small stains somewhat faded. Unless you focus hard on the area you really would not be to the spot. I think for the price you pay a small brush or cloth should accompany the liquid. There is barely a scent.

I have had a lot of success with this and recommended it to friends
I was logging in to buy my 2nd bottle and couldn't believe all the negative reviews. I think people have to be a bit realistic with expectations. I can imagine any stain that sits for month/years will be trouble, no matter what you try to use. What I can say with confidence is that this helped me get some black roof sealant off my couch (didn't know it was on the back of my leg and I brushed up against the couch; saved my marriage) and I have used it to save several articles of clothing the last few years that had stubborn stains that didn't come out after a good wash. I put this on, let is stay for about 20 mins and then hand wash using laundry detergent and rinse well before throwing back into the next load. Has worked every time. That's why I am buying another bottle. That having been said, the odor is very strong and that is why I hand wash and rinse quite a bit before laundering with the rest of the clothes. Small price to pay to save favorite clothing...

Like it never even happened
My cat was throwing up as he was jumping down from his cat tree which is right next to my hemp fabric beige floral couch so there were many splattered brown spots on the couch. I wiped off the food but the stains were still there. Years ago, I had AFTA fluid but I de-cluttered it and apparently it is no longer sold. It took me about 5 days to research, order, and get this product. I used vinyl gloves and many q-tips. I saturated the q-tip and went with the fabric grain then in different directions. The solvent dries pretty quick on the q-tip so I would dip the q-tip if it was dry. Also if the q-tip seemed a little worn down I'd use a new one so only soft cotton was coming in contact with the fabric. Sometimes I would wait a few minutes and do a little more. The solvent spread on the fabric but it eventually dries. Some spots I thought it needed more work and when I came back stains had disappeared and the fabric was dry. Recommend if you have a natural fabric such as hemp.

Call the cleaner
As I use the cleaner on a couple of my shirts and the spots came out pretty easily. I'm so if you have any delicate shirts or more delicate types of material definitely works
