This is the only thing I will use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brass Wool *by A***L on 27 February 2025* Expensive but works well. We used it to plug a couple small holes in RV where potential critters could get in. Best part is they don’t rust. ### ⭐ Do not use on a chequered rifle stock *by B***F on 3 April 2026* The bronze wool disintegrates instantly into thousands of tiny fragments which stick in the chequering on my rifle stock and are proving extremely dificult to remove, mainly due to trying to remove each of the thousands of individual pieces one by one with a cocktail stick. Edit: I forgot to update. I removed the bronze wool fragments from the chequering by using a copper wire brush and naptha (Zippo Lighter Fluid) which not only removed the wool fragments but also 40 years of ingrained grease/oil/dirt/wax without any damage to the chequering.
