Bought for heart rate measurement, but floored by the many more functions
Great device for the price. So many unexpected features in such a small package. Bought originally just to monitor heart rate, but impressed by its GPS function and mapping capabilities (created hiking route on associated app and then used in field) on a recent 15 mile hike. Truly outstanding. Very happy.

Malfunctioning and cannot get customer assistance
The top right button on this watch stopped working about 3-4 months after I bought it. I tried to send it in for repair but after 6 weeks I was called and told it was at my local airport to be picked up. It had never been accepted due to not passing safety checks for China. I had been checking their website for its status and it had always said "booked in". I emailed suunto and the only advice they had was to repackage the watch though it was in completely standard packaging. I have now emailed them 4 additional times asking how I could start the process of a return and refund given it is under warranty and I've had zero response. Essentially ghosted. This is one of the worst examples of customer service I have encountered and would not recommend their products given both how quickly it malfunctioned and that you can get no assistance once this happens.

Not durable at all
Not sure if it is all of their watches or just the one that I received. But after only one week of having the watch, the screen stopped working properly and the buttons wouldnât resin correctly. Then it just stopped working all together. Very unimpressed with this watch and hope that this company makes better products in the future

Worked great until it didnât
I was really enjoying this watch until today, two months after i received the watch it stopped working. Online support offered little help, except to send the watch in for a repair estimate. I expected much more and now will be without a watch for ??? Until they tell me how much it will cost to fix? Ugh guess itâs back to Garmin i go, never had this issue with their products in 15 years
