At 62 years old because of some botched yardwork by some boys I hired when I was out of town I've had to get up every morning and work for 2 1/2 hours in the yard for over a week in the heat. I have both a slightly bad back knees and arthritis in my hands. This is the only safe product that I could use that is effective and healing.. Highly recommend!

I have a pulled muscle in my lower back that has been extremely painful. I have tried a few different gels. Tiger Balm-Worked great, but the smell was intolerable. Zim's Max Freeze-works great on joint pain ( knee, shoulder, and back) but not so well on muscle aches. Asorbine-A pleasant spearmint scent, but didn't have any type of cooling sensation and only lasted a couple hours. So I did some research and this was rated really high. You get 16 oz of product, which I think is a good value for the price. I am very sensitive to strong scent, but this one, I actually don't mind. It smells like peach. It's very easy to apply and isn't greasy or sticky. Pain relief is almost instant and lasts for several hours before it needs to be reapplied. It has a very pleasant cooling sensation. I intend to keep this one hand and will definitely repurchase. I deducted one star because I wish the pain relief lasted all day, but overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased the Blue Stop mainly for my daughter who suffers from Juv. Rheumatoid Arthritis. She said that it has helped her affected joints a lot. I've used it a few times, but this time I have noticed a marked improvement in a sudden issue I developed. Last week at some point I started having really bad left shoulder pain. I could not lift it without the help of my other arm...very slowly and was in constant pain. Years ago, I had rotator cuff issues at different times in both shoulders that were resolved via physical therapy. My automatic response to the pain and symptoms were, oh, no! Not a rotator cuff situation! I was thinking what can I do? So I started just stretching my arm to the side and pressing on the stretched shoulder for both sides, then putting my arm/hand behind my head and pushing it down as much as possible. Very painful for the left side. Then I remembered I had some Blue Stop from this purchase in 2017. I started rubbing it in my front shoulder...had a hard time reaching the back, but a day or so later, I stretched as much as I could and when I touched my back shoulder right above my underarm, there was a huge knot there! I rubbed the blue stop into the knot morning and night, but really having a hard time reaching it. Last night I noticed a big difference and not as much pain. Today, the knot is much better and pain is too and I have a lot more mobility. I do not know what causes those knots, but it was also causing pain up to my neck. I'm elated I didn't have to go to a doctor...and plan on applying heat to the knot, as well as incorporate the PT exercises from the past. I attribute the improvement mostly to the Blue Stop!

This product really works. It takes a few days of use before results. Once it kicks in it is great. Have been using it for a few years.

very dissatisfied with the fragrance amount. there is more fragrance than menthol and it is not pleasant to me at all and the worst part is that if you apply this three. times daily it soaks into all your clothes and furniture and hair and everything. horrible. why this even has fragrance added is beyond me but having more than the active ingredient, menthol, is concerning
