First impressions are highly favorable. Will see how it feels in training this week.
Tried this on right out of the package and it was soft and comfortable. Heavier than my previous Sanabul kimonos. I'll need to wash and dry it a couple of times to shrink it until it fits just right. I ordered an A3, I'm 5'11" and 185 pounds so I'm closer to the bottom end of the size recommendations. I train with several people who use Fuji kimonos, both Jiujitsu players and Judoka. This seems to fit and feel closer to a Judo gi than what I'm used to but I actually kind of like that. Hopefully this lasts longer before it starts to show signs of wear than my Sanabul kimonos.
