**Q: What is the diameter of the round pads? (behind knee and over ankles) is it thick foam? trying to avoid cheap ankle and knee padding. thanks**
A: The foam is not as think as I'd like.  I'm 205 lbs so the pressure may be different depending on your weight.  I'd say the diameter is about 4-5 inches.  Other than the pad thickness, I really do like the overall product.

**Q: Did any buyer who used this bench for decline d.b. press movement notice any wobbling/tilting to cause distaction?.  Did you feel safe?.**
A: My son is 6 foot 2 and weighs about 220 lbs. He uses it every day. It's a bit short but not wobbly at all. He doesn't hit his head or anything when he uses it but it could be a problem if you are taller than him.
