Beautiful backpack, but arrived defective!
Its my second time ordering Coach on Amazon and both time the items arrived with defects, such as very noticeable scratches and spots on the leather. Knowing that these items ment to be an Outlet sold, however i believe they sent to UAE customers this junk that can't even be sold in US Outlets for its defects and for a full price! Apart from that, there is huge difference in the zipper quality between the retail backpack that i own, which is smooth and this Outlet one, where you have to put quite a bit of force to open or close it which will eventually damage backpack' zipper! Its a shame as i loved the look of this backpack! No quality control amazon UAE!

Do not buy
I'm suspecting this is duplicate because mine didn't come with a leather tag that confirms the originality and no dust bag either. Its expensive only for it to be duplicate? Also the dimensions mentioned in the description Do not match and I got a way smaller bag. Do not buy

Worth the buy.. I don't regret purchasing this beautiful backpack at all! I even have 2 mini Coach pink purses, wrist ones that match perfectly 💕 absolutely love this design with the pink stars.. the sides of it, you can put a water bottle in, even though I read you couldn't..
