Piaa 23-10111 Xtreme White Hybrid H11 Bulb (3900K - 12V 55W), 2 Pack

First off, these bulbs and the packaging exactly matched the pictures of the product being used online, so no misrepresentation there. However, where it says "up to 3900K" on the front of the packaging, and then on the back, where is shows a picture of very yellow light coming from a standard halogen bulb, and then a very white light coming from the PIAA XW Hybrid bulb, that is not what I saw coming out of my headlights with the PIAA bulbs installed, and I will explain more of this towards the end of this review. I installed the pair of PIAA bulbs on one side of my car (low beam projector and high beam reflector lenses) and on the other side I had a pair of relatively new OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited bulbs installed in both the low and high beam lenses. When you looked at the front of the car with the headlights on, you couldn't tell a color difference between the PIAA bulbs and the OSRAM bulbs, they are that close in color, but when you looked close at the reflector headlight housings on my car, you could see the dark blue partial bulb tinting on the OSRAM bulb being reflected on those internal surfaces, and on the other side you could see the light blue bulb tinting on the PIAA bulb being reflected on those internal surfaces, and this is really the only difference you could tell out in the real world. Driving down the road at night, you couldn't tell that one side of the car was putting out whiter light than the other side, or that one side of the car was putting out more light than the other side. But, when I returned to my garage, and was shining the lights up on the wall, and just studied them for a couple minutes, to me it looked like the OSRAM bulbs were a tad whiter than the PIAA bulbs, and it also looked like the OSRAM bulbs were putting out more light/lumens than the PIAA bulbs (the "hot spot" looked more intense and brighter). So now, back to that "up to 3900K" that is printed on the PIAA packaging. For my OSRAM bulbs, I saw stated numbers (on the internet) of anywhere from 3400K up to 3700K, and personally I think they are somewhere in the middle, right around 3560K, so when I'm looking at these lights shining up against my garage wall, and to me it looks like the OSRAM is a tad whiter than the PIAA, then that "up to 3900K" statement on the PIAA packaging can not be right, or maybe the kelvin numbers for the OSRAM bulbs are way understated, and should be much higher. Either way, to my naked eye, it looked like the OSRAM bulbs were a tad whiter and brighter (more lumens) when shining on the garage wall than the PIAA bulbs, so the PIAA bulbs are in the process of being returned to Amazon, and I will keep the OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited bulbs installed in my car.

These bulbs are the best option for upgrading your conventional-bulb headlights. If you have rubber boots around the base of the bulb, those boots don't fit on LED replacements. I use these bulbs on my truck and motorcycles.

After having my car burn through two sets of these headlight lamps within a year I filed a claim with PIAA and had my money refunded. My final thoughts are that the only true purpose these serve is to change the color of your lights, nothing more. The are not brighter than factory and do not last more than a year or two. I upgraded my headlights to xenon HID lamps and have not looked back. It required installing a ballast but that's some REAL brightness!

The bulbs are not as bright as I thought they would be. Only slightly brighter than the OEM bulbs that came in the car. If PIA makes ones that are brighter, go for those instead.

Brighter than oem bulbs but not what I was expecting. I’ll be moving theses to my high beam and getting different piaa bulbs for the low beam.

Can't tell the difference from a stock bulb in either color or visibility.... save your $$ and buy something else

The product showed a crisp bright white image to highlight how bright the lights were supposed to be but they are not as bright. They are still good lights but not as bright as advertised. I love PIAA but these bulbs are just not bright enough as compared to the PIAA Night Tech that I have for another vehicle.

1 bulb burnt out in the first three days. They were installed correctly by a professional. Hopefully was just a lemon.

I bought these in January due to COVID I could not get my truck to the shop till today now these will not clip to the harness now I was stuck buying new headlights now stuck and can’t use them
