The concept and product, once assembled, is brilliant.I have a severe chronic back issue and was able to put it together by myself. BUT.....Some of the screws were malformed, had double threading and most were basically unusable (example in picture). I had to purchase others. Maybe a one off factory issue.This is why I have taken 2 stars off. If the quality of the screws was the same as the other parts it would be a 5 star review.I dont want to return the item, but I wish there was a "partial refund" option just as a good will gesture when things like this happen.

Nice but would of liked hanging bar a bit higher so clothes don't drag on top of basket shelf

Building the item was no problem, but then the hinge was cut in too deeply, and screw too short, when one side was screwed in completely the otherside simply cannot reach - annoying, but fixable - then when wheeling it empty after about 10cm towards the kitchen the wheel completely snapped off rendering the item useless. After spending the time building it can only return, no customer services options cannot request replacement or even replacement parts, useless, dont bother unless you like wasting your time and money.

I didn’t realise how much one product could change my life!I use a steamer and tend to wait until I have quite a few items that need steaming.This allows me to have them hanging up tidy, out the way and it holds a good amount of clothes.I can wheel it into my sitting room and steam and watch telly at the same time!The laundry bags are large and very sturdy.I am absolutely delighted with this and worth every penny.
