Love Biotherm products - normally I pick them up at the airports as they are rarely found in the high street - always of a great quality and so the job at hydrating your skin! 😁👍

I find the new glass bottle is less convenient for travel (try fitting that beast into a bag acceptable to airport scanners!) and, more crucially given the cost, does not dispense to the end. I pulled apart the mechanism on a recent bottle and it continued dispensing for another 2 months afterwards!

Looked tatty. No tamper seal on product and carton was well used and obviously not new.We should have taken a photograph and/or sent it bak but it was couple of days before Christmas.It was a present for our son who was only with us for a few days over Christmas so we had no time to get it replaced.I feel we have been conned/scammed.

Product great! - just don’t buy from trusted distribution the box looked like it had been opened… spent £40 on a Christmas present shocking
