I hate even putting one star for a review however this product did not work for me at all. I am desperate to quit smoking so I was trying everything. I bought this in hopes as a natural or organic way to help me with this process and there was absolutely nothing that it did. It does smell really good. But it did nothing to help with quitting as it advertises.

It is ok does not cut the cravings

...but my son asked me why I smelled like sausage and now I'm afraid to go out in public again.True story.But, I really do like it. I'll just sniff it from the bottle now.

I use deep breathing to help with cravings. Adding the oil before I start has helped tremendously!!

I ordered this because it had a different essential oil profile than most anti-nausea blends - not a fan of ginger which is usually used. Upon opening, I was surprised there was no safety seal. Also, the blend smelled unusual and not what I expected for the essential oils listed. I applied the oil to the inside of my wrists. Ultimately, I did not like the smell. This is when the blend became unpleasant… I tried to wash it off my wrist with soap and water. The smell did not disappear. I then tried the essential oil trick of using oil applied to my wrists to remove the blend. Still did not work. The smell lingered for quite a while, and it has ruined a beaded bracelet I had been wearing. This makes me suspicious, wondering if this is made with synthetic scents and/or if the concentration of essential oils is toomuch for use.
