I recently started adding Moringa powder to my green smoothie. The problem comes when I don't have time to make a smoothie, and I get wrapped up in a busy day. I don't feel like myself. Moringa has so many health benefits. I'm not the healthiest eater so I need to find ways to supplement my diet. Moringa is rich in antioxidants and amino acids. It can help with inflammation and with herniated discs in my back, I'm always looking for ways to keep the inflammation at bay. So far this supplement has been very beneficial. I'm looking forward to seeing the benefits after taking for a full 30 days.
