A great habit to get into is to wake up, gulp 1 scoop of these EAAs in 16oz of water (the POG flavor is better than morning orange juice!) and do 30 minutes of cardio.

I got the unflavored myself and find its really not that bad. I mix it with OJ seems to dissolve fast and then I down it. Its not meant for a beverage, everything good taste bad most of the time.

No problem with the product's quality or effectiveness. Get a flavored version! The unflavored version is the nastiest tasting stuff in the universe, and it will ruin the flavor of anything you put it in. I gave up trying to mask it, and now I just mix it with a small amount of water and power through it -- like a child taking medicine :P

It tends to clump and settle at the bottom, requiring constant agitation to consume.💧 Taste and TextureThe fruit punch flavor is acceptable, but the gritty texture from undissolved particles detracts from the overall experience.⚖️ Overall ImpressionWhile the amino acid profile is commendable, the poor solubility makes it inconvenient for regular use.
