The Treadmill I have long needed and looked for
I have had my Renpho treadmill for about 10 days now. It is compact and just the right fit for my small space, while giving me the workout I need. I am still figuring out the bluetooth configuration, but even without it, the treadmill is easy to set up and use. Highly recommend for size and price.

Do not buy. Horrible support
The machine just stopped working almost exactly 1 year after I bought it. Coincidentally, it is when the warranty expires. I have been A MONTH with support trying to get them to help but they just bs around asking for pictures, videos and explanations. I keep sending it and they keep repeating the same questions in other ways, just to really not help. Do not buy.

Good, could’ve been perfect
This treadmill meets almost all of my needs. My last treadmill burned out from overuse (OK, and lack of maintenance, but I had thousands of miles on it), and this was the closest replacement for it in the price range. I haven’t tried the programming yet; but otherwise it does everything the old one did.I would’ve given it five stars, save for one thing: the handgrips are rectangular, where I prefer round. Worse, they’re LARGE rectangles. Sometimes I want a firm grip. When I wrap my palms on the heart rate sensors, my fingers can just barely wrap to the underside of the grip. On my old one I could wrap my hands completely around the grip. If I could figure out a way to replace these, I would. So I’m knocking off a star for the grips. Otherwise this is a great treadmill.

OIL BEFORE YOUR FIRST JOG, solid machine with decent software
The first thing we noticed when this arrived is how heavy it was. You will absolutely need 2 people or a dolly to move it. Unboxing goes quickly and the unit is mostly assembled. The only assembly required is setting up the vertical arms, cup holder, the main display section on top, and removing 2 shipping bolts and took about 30 minutes. The instructions need to be read very carefully before putting it together because there are a few things to be careful of such as not pinching wires during assembly. The big gotcha which was buried way in the back of the manual and not part of the installation instructions is that you MUST oil the belt before using or it can damage the unit. Oiling the belt was a little bit of a challenge and we ended up using a screwdriver to gently pull the belt up and squirted the entire (included) bottle of oil in the middle. Then we reached under the belt with our hands to spread it horizontally, which made a mess but ensured we'd get it everywhere. After spreading you then run the machine for a few minutes before putting weight on it but even still, during first start-up the belt was kind of jerky at low speeds until the oil spread evenly throughout. We love how silent this machine is - it's whisper quiet and smooth at low speeds. During fast jogs, the base has a good solid feel when you land with a very gentle spring that dampens the impact, and there are zero creaking / odd sounds. The controls are well sized and easy to use, and the incline works smoothly. The display is fairly basic and gives you the key metrics you need if you just want to jog. The heart rate monitor picks up your pulse very quickly, which we appreciate compared to treadmills we've used at the gym, etc. which seem to take forever. The software is decent, but not mind blowing. Connecting to the treadmill was straightforward via android and you have full control of the machine through your device. While running, the only visual graphics are an animation of a person moving faster or slower in place based on the speed of the machine, which is sort of unnecessary. It's easy to connect your phone to the treadmill to play music from your phone, but the speakers are pretty average so we will usually just use our headphones. The biggest gripe we have from the app is it does a great job tracking runs and statistics, but there is no multi-user support, so if 2 people are using the treadmill it just aggregates it all together and you need to manually delete the other persons runs, which doesn't help the other person and is annoying if you're trying to track stats.Overall, for what it is, this is simply a great machine. It's a well-made, no-frills treadmill that's quiet and really enjoyable to run on. If you're just looking to get a great workout and don't need all the extra visual frills and complexity of a touch screen, etc. this treadmill is a great choice.

You get what you pay for. It can work for you, but it didn't work out for me.
The media could not be loaded. I ended up returning it for a full refund. Here is my review.Pros:- Low price.- Easy to assemble.- Fairly quiet belt.- Works well with no problems at speeds 2 mph and above.- Can work for you if you don't care about the bells and whistles and don't mind the minor inconveniences.Cons:- Arms can hit treadmill side bars occasionally due to 27 inch width space between the bars.- Belt can't handle your body weight well at speeds lower than 2 mph.- Minor buzzing noise when turned on.- Can't use anything bigger than iPhone, like an iPad, or else you can't see the distance and time info.

Smart treadmill and app both work well
I use my treadmill as my desk and was happy to get the opportunity to try out a newer model.Pros:--Can control with app or dashboard--App tracks fitness progress and workout history--Comes with built-in programs or can manually adjust speed/incline--18 incline options--Holding finger on the button lets you adjust speed/incline quickly--Sleek design takes up less visual space--Easy to assemble and came with all necessary tools. I did it alone--Adjustable belt--App was easy to set up and did not require me to turn off the 5GHz wifi when connecting to treadmillCons:--Cupholder is really small and not suitable for holding items (I used the cupholders on my old treadmill to hold my AirPods and other small items. Side effect of the sleek design that I like)--Safety mechanism plugs in instead of being a magnet--The included Allen wrench was long on each side instead of L shaped. This means you have to take it out for every turn unless you use your ownNeutrals:--Heart rate monitor on arms. Possibly an issue if you use a treadmill desk that rests on arms and blocs access (another side effect of the sleek design)--Heart rate monitor on armsI am happy with the treadmill and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Treadmill
The first treadmill I ordered has a malfunctioning consul. I contacted customer support through their website they walked me through trouble shooting to fix the problem with no results, I was then in contact with customer service via email which they were very quick to reply to work out a solution for my problem. I returned the treadmill to Amazon and ordered a new one and had it within a week. The new treadmill works great, I'm very happy.

Motor is dying after 1 month. Cheaply made waste of 1600.00
DO NOT BUY. Many reasons:Looks nice but barely moves on speed 1 to 3.5 , sounds like it is struggling even with no one getting on it ( until after it 'gets up to speed' of course)I will be contacting them about a new motor under warranty. Will update.Top wobbles a bit, not super solid .Heart monitor doesn't work it just regularly goes up by 2pts until its at 130 but you aren't breaking a sweat and your personal reading is like 112bpm ( Everybody at home has seperate monitors so we know its wrong)

Great machine!
We are very happy with this purchase! I was skeptical because of the cheap cost but quickly changed my mind! The machine is easy to assemble, no effort to move and meets all expectations of what you need from a treadmill. The only thing I will mention is that the belt somewhat slips if you are doing a really slow stroll, level 1-2. I don’t use those levels so it really doesn’t affect my usage. Highly recommend this machine!

It connected to Zwift with no problems
I've read the reviews, questions to the seller and everywhere it was either not mentioned or it said Zwift was not compatible. I just received the treadmill, launched Zwift and it recognized it right away, zero problems. Of course Zwift does not control the machine, but that's the same for any treadmill (see Zwift running FAQ website). The max speed seems accurate but the incline levels even though are 18, the max incline is about 5 degrees (with increments of about 0.3 degrees each), that I still think it's pretty good. The rest of the machine seems well built, the motor seems to slow down a bit at low speeds (<3km/h) but works just fine in higher values.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I look forward to keep using it a lot.
