They are light, flaky, and just the right level of tart sweet. I adore them. I have purchased them multiple times here but my last order, unfortunately, was the wrong item. I had them for about a month before opening the package (I still had some from my last order), which is when I realized the error. Instead of the Delobas it was the Leibniz Butter Biscuits.
