First of all,, I am a novice when it comes to wigs. As I've grown older, my hair has gotten thinner, so I'm trying to keep it in a protected state. I've spent a small fortune trying to find the right wig unit. The price point on this one was great, and I loved the style and reported convenience.I purchased this beautiful synthetic unit from Amazon on July 24. The curls and the color are amazing, and the hair itself is very soft. Exactly as the picture. I planned to wear it yesterday, and was sooo disappointed. The cap isn't deep enough at all, and the adjustable strap really can't be adjusted because it's too long. I put the wig over my wig cap and it just falls off my head. Ahh, what a horrible feeling at the thought of walking and your wig just falls off. Any who, I am returning it. Thus the 2 stars.The other reviews were good, so this may be one defective unit. I've reached out to the seller, so we'll see what happens. I will update you, if there's any resolve, or not.Review#2I wrote the buyer, and did a return on Saturday, received a replacement on Sunday. Wow, for the money, the customer service is #1, and the replacement is exactly the right cap size. Still love the curls and the color. 5 stars Thank you!

Disappointed 😞 in the color; the color is darker than the color shown. Even tho it says brown; the color shown is brighter in the pic than what was delivered. Even tho it said brown i ordered it because it looked lighter. I like lighter colors if u understand what i mean.

I love the softness of it but it is so big and the frizzing as you move the hair around to style it for those who will to work with it .
