Liver regeneration
I've tried a few brands and these are amazing so I'm on my 2nd bottle. Regenerated my liver. I only take one a day and give myself a break for a month then start up again. Not to mention I haven't been ill once since taking these and I feel generally a lot better. Less lethargic too.

NAC is a master detoxifier and recently heard about TUDCA I usually take ox bile but wanted an alternative to give my body a break from it, this is helping...more regular and am eliminating with ease. I started with one on day one, two the next and three currently...will go back down to one or two if have ant tummy issues with 3

Tudca should be taken with fats
Your recommendation to take it on an empty stomach is questionable. Taking it in the way you suggested upset my stomach.Ideally tudca should be taken with food which contains fats. It's a bile acid which breaks down fats. Taking it on an empty stomach negatively affects gut lining.
