Our pup was a little reluctant at first to use the pad because of the crackling sounds when she walks on the pad. Other than that, it is just fine. She did get used to the sound. Just washed the cover and it turned out fine - no shrinkage. Wa have not used the “cool” side yet.

Great doggie bed! Easy to clean, just throw the liner in the wash! Fits perfect in our crate!

Just adopted a rescue and she really likes it, so do our other pups. It's soft for their joints and is easy enough to clean.

Great quality - no issues. Would recommend. No issue with fabric coming apart. Machine washable and easy to put back on bed.

My large German Shepherd Dog likes it and doesn't seem to want to mess with it. I suppose it's because it is the perfect size in his kennel. Haven't used the "winter" side yet but the "summer" side is holding up well.

Bought the XL which is stated to be 3 inches thick. It is not. I unwrapped it and let it sit 48 hours as suggested. It is only 1 inch thick after settling, not 3 inches as stated in the description. My dog is 63 lbs and will be recovering from ACL surgery, so the thickness and support is important. Totally disappointed.

Literally the best bed. Our dogs have not chewed it. They love it. Cool on one side, warm and fuzzy on the other. Super easy to clean. The case unzips, the foam is inside a separate zipper water proof case. Makes it easy to remove, wash and put back on. Definitely give this bed 5 stars!

As you can see the dimensions of this crate should be compatible with the bed, however the bed is probably 1-1.5 too long and .5-1 inch too wide.
