The laptop was in excellent condition when I got it. The battery health was at 99% and there was no cosmetic damage. It works exactly as expected. The display, sound quality, performance, and battery life are amazing and the value is incredible.

I would give TEN STARS if I could!! This refurbished laptop is in pristine condition both operationally and cosmetically. No nicks or scratches. It runs FAST and has an incredible battery life. It was delivered timely and well packaged with signature required (which I appreciate because nobody wants to have anything that valuable left outside their front door). PLUS……. after I transferred everything from my old MacBook to this one, I had a small issue with the charging cable staying connected. I messaged the seller and the customer service I received was INCREDIBLE. They went above and beyond to make sure my “new” laptop was fully functioning. TEN STARS for the actual product AND for the customer service. I am a customer for life!!

Excellent computer. I've had this for over a year and I haven't had any problems with it. Sleek design, yet durable. Great audio quality from the speakers and the display is nice too. My only qualm is that it's my work computer and not personally mine lol. Wish it was!

I've had my computer a few months and everything seemed fine, then it stopped charging out of nowhere. I tried a new charger, no luck. After a diagnostic and attempted fix of a bad charging port, I was told the connection of the port to the logic board was corrupted and essentially not able to be fixed. Missed my return window by a month and now I have a dead computer. I would urge people to stay away from anyone who doesn't offer some sort of refurbished warranty.

I work as a web developer and designer, and I also record a podcast. I've had a 2017 MacBook Pro for use in all my work, including intense graphic design with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other programs. I'm a web developer, so I will be running task manager software during development, and at the same time, I'll be using graphics programs while having far too many tabs open in my browser (thank you to the developers who added tab groups to the browser!).That old MacBook is nice, but starting it up alone tends to result in the fan kicking in. That's not ideal when I'm recording into my podcast mic. While the first and main reason I was looking to get the M1 was for podcasting purposes, I will say that the M1 exceeds my expectations for my other needs. I can design and develop multiple projects at the same time, and the M1 handles it all with ease. Even while editing video in Premeire Pro, I've not had performance issues. I can do all my tasks with the computer plugged in or on the go, and battery life has been outstanding. I think most people purchasing a refurbished unit have concerns about the possibility of compromised components, but with this product, I've not been able to identify any issues.When I learned that the M2 was going to be released, I decided to make the purchase of this refurbished M1. Based on my understanding of what the M2 was going to offer, I was quite certain this M1 was of incredible value by comparison, with upgrades not being substantial enough to warrant the price. In addition, if you are able to purchase a quality refurbished product, hopefully that results in less unnecessary production down the line.I cannot recommend this M1 enough at this time.

I received the laptop in a box without any cushion inside. But the MacBook still arrived in 1 piece. I received 1 MacBook, 1 counterfeit china-made charger and 1 generic cable. Phycially, the laptop looks new, no dents nor scratches. The laptop works perfectly, I was able to log in with my apple ID and icloud. Checked the settings, and it was the correct RAM, processor and storage. Double checked the serial number with apple website to find out about warranties. The website couldn't find the serial number. I called the cuser support, they were able to put the laptop under my name. Then they told me it still has apple care + until 2025. It was a nice surprise! However what threw me off was the fake charger. When I try to charge the laptop, it gets hot. I could have just bought a legitimate apple charger for a 100$ but it made me concerned about the product. After a few days of using the laptop and more contemplation, I decided to return the product. I filed a return on June 19, citing defective products. I got the refund on my bank account on June 25. I gave this product a 4 star due to superb quality of a second hand product and the swift refund. Just note that you have 30 days to return it without questions. The third seller for me was Tech exchangee.
