I use this directly on a wooden floor. It looks thin and is very light, but provides enough cushioning to be comfortable in use, and enough grip on the floor not to slip in use.After several months, it is wearing well.Very happy with this

Sizing as expected. Glad I bought the 15mm depth as this perfect for cushioning knees on squats without impacting your balance. Lovely colour and smooth surface. Grateful of the straps to keep it rolled up.

Size is good but prone to damage as the foam is not very dense. A thinner mat would have been much better.

Great size, very thick and comfortable, but doing certain exercises on this seems to make the top layer move and stretch over the internal padding. Already started to see ripples and looks degraded in areas so don’t see this lasting that long sadly.

Initially I received the mat that was damaged in transportation I guess but Yuren Yoga company was very quick to address the issue and send another mat. I am giving 5 stars for the product and the post sale service. It is a comfortable mat for a competitive price, well worth a try. Thanks

Expensive for a large piece of poor quality sponge. Don’t know if it will last very long

The mat covers quite a large area which was perfect, also very soft, great support for the bottom when doing sit ups and the like, my only problem was the carrying sleeve for it broke after very little use, but other than that a great product.
