Wonderful customer service
So, I had a struggle receiving this item, nearly a month late. As soon as customer service was aware that the delay was occurring, they were quick to notify me and have been so accommodating during the whole process! I have received the product and am impressed with it. I've read some reviews on similar products on how it feels like rough sandpaper. All I can say is GENTLE! Anna then follow up with good lotion. It works wonders and leaves your legs so soft. Definitely worth it.

It burns!!!
It works really great but if you do it to rough it will burn! Specially in the shower! I recommend it when you are out of the shower! It feels like you got 5 tattoo’s at the same time on the same spot

It works but damn it’s not practical
Serious elbow power needed to get the hair gone. Need to balance your effort, the first time I had friction burn. Honestly the amount of effort needed to work it is not worth it.

It definitely works, but…
…it takes a long time to make progress (10+ minutes per shin). If you’re looking for something quick, this is not it. If you are patient and gentle, it does work. You need to go over one area multiple times with very little pressure to get a truly smooth result. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it didn’t remove every single hair after 20+ minutes of effort. But it definitely does work! However, I think I prefer a razor-close shave.

Meh.
It does work as advertised just not nearly as effectively as the videos show. It takes a lot more effort to get the same results and definitely use lotion after.

it hurts .not as easy at it looks
i didnt like it. the scrubbing hurts . it doesn’t come off as easy as it looks. don’t recommend. just keep shaving or waxing girls

Does a little bit, but you have to scrub and scrub and scrub
It does do a bit after a lot of scrubbing, but is not even. You think you’ve done an okay job and then as you’re walking down the street see a patch that somehow got missed. This is not going to change your life, but it does an okay job
