37" Aluminum Wind Chimes for Outside(Black), Patio Zen Decor Gift

These wind chimes exceeded my expectations. The aluminum tubes produce a deep, soothing tone that's relaxing without being overpowering. Even a light breeze creates a peaceful sound that adds a calming atmosphere to my patio and backyard. The construction feels solid, and the materials have held up well outdoors. Assembly was simple, and the overall design looks elegant and well crafted. It's clear that attention was paid to both sound quality and durability. Based on the craftsmanship and overall quality, I'd definitely be interested in purchasing other outdoor décor products from this brand in the future.

I remember summer nights spent at my grandparents' cabin. I have many fond memories of time spent there, but some of my favorite times were spending lazy afternoons reading in a hammock with the sun filtering down through the leaves of the beech, oak, and maple leaves, and sleeping on the screened in porch listening to the loons calling across the lake through the night. Both of these were accompanied by the gentle sounds of wind chimes. My grandfather had been an engineer in the navy, and a civil engineer when he was discharged, and among the many things that he made with his own hands was a set of wind chimes he made for my grandmother. He made them from lengths of aluminum pipe, which he cut, balanced, and adjusted to be tuned perfectly. We have tried a few times over the years to find a set of wind chimes which would replicate those which my grandfather had made, but nothing has come close... until now. Other wind chimes do not have great durability, usually with the aluminum tubes too thin to both last and provide a deep, rich tone. Other wind chimes have thinner tubes, and they corrode or get aluminum rot fairly easily. Other wind chimes have unreliable strings and get tangled easily. But these are different. Let me tell you about it. Construction: The tubes of this set of chimes are thick and durable. The wood parts are finished, stained, and sealed. I chose a color that works well with our home and complements the wood tones of the rocking chairs on our porch. The nylon strings, so far, seem stronger than the usual fishing line type string that is used in many other wind chimes. There's an adjuster to place the striker at the perfect height. Look: We bought a set that is black with dark wood tones which compliments our house well, but there are multiple different color options to choose from. Value: We bought these during Amazon Prime Day(s), but even outside of that special sale, these are at a great price. With some items you have to sacrifice quality to get a good price, but not so for these; you get an excellent set of wind chimes at a price lower than many other sets. Tone: The tone is melodic, cheerful, and whimsical, bringing nostalgia of days gone by. The sound is not "tinny" or "tinkly," more like tubular bells than jingly keys. It makes for great background music as we sit on our porch on a breezy afternoon reading and watching the world go by. Nostalgia: These are not the wind chimes that my grandfather made. Those, like him, are lost to the past. However, when we sit, rock, read, and listen, I can remember those times.

These are awesome! The sound quality is deep, resonating and call to my soul. I love the dark powdered metal look. They seem to be a durable weight and the wooden portion seems well made

Boy oh boy do these things chime. As soon as I put them up they started just a chiming away. They haven’t really stopped since. They have just the prettiest tone you could imagine. The only downside is that when the wind is not blowing you cannot really hear them. I’m not going to dock them a star for that however. It isn’t really their fault for that. Any who. If you want some really pretty tunes to listen to on the porch whilst you’re rocking away, these are perfect. I’ve even picked up whittling just to have something to do while I’m rocking away and listening to those pretty chimes. I quest another negative (besides not making noise when the wind ain’t blowing) would be that they tend to put you asleep sometimes. One day whilst whittling and rocking away and listening to them there pretty chimes, I might near dozed off. Ain’t much wrong with that on the surface, but I had my whittling knife in my hand and might near cut my pinky finger off! Yep, if’n ya get sleepy whilst whittling and listening to them chimes, put the knife down! Anywho, I hope you sure enjoy your new chimes like I do. Beautiful, well-made and sounds so peaceful ♡

These replaced a similar set of "tuned" windchimes that we have had for about 10 years. They do sound nice but the "37 inch" measurement was misleading to me. My previous set had much longer actual tubes. This 37 inch includes the hanger, the tubes, and the striker. Would have liked a bit deeper tone, from longer tubes, but they cost a good bit more. I'll need to be happy with these. Again, they do sound very nice, just a higher pitch.

Absolutely love this wind chime! It’s the exact sound that I have been looking for. After researching the internet trying to figure out what type of chime would give the sound that I was looking for, I found that the larger the tube the deeper the sound. I’m not sure if I’m describing it correctly but it’s definitely the sound I was looking for.

great chimes with a great sound . i have placed them in the centre of my gazebo and it takes just a little breeze for them to react . i cannot speak as to the weather resistance of these due to me placing them under cover but am more than happy with them . An excellent product
