Bought this for my pineapple conure- he treated it as a chew toy more than a blanket. He had the attachment cords off in 10min.

It’s a great snuggle for your bird. They are good sized for medium sized birds

The ties can become easily frayed. Our conure used this regularly and it seemed safe. Although eventually our bird found the tied ends pulled them through the bars and shredded the strings. We caught him before he became severally tangled.

That fleece bird blanket is what I have been looking for. I found my Cockatiel sleeping face down on the bottom of his cage so I tried a bunch of different products. These cuddle nest hanging toys just do the job. It took just over a week or so for my shy Elvis to go for it but it changes from birdy to birdy I guess. Imma just rinse it out when needed, won't throw it into the machine. It is sooo fluffy and my bird might develop a detergent allergy. This warm bird nest is definitely a price/performance item. 5 out of 5!

I'm keeping it just in case my parakeet comes around to it. But he hasn't used it at all since I got it. I gave it a 3 stars cuz it's my way of rating it "neutral". It is cozy like a plush blanket.
