Fluffy texture and easy to make
I tried this pancake and waffle mix for a weekend breakfast, and overall it turned out really good. The batter mixed easily without lumps, and both the pancakes and waffles came out light and fluffy. I liked that it saved time while still tasting close to homemade. The waffles had a nice crisp edge, which my family enjoyed. About 6 cups per box, thats 3 meals for 2 people of 8-3 inch pancakes per person if thats all you ate. Great tasting, filling. Better then cereal. Just add water makes these super easy to make. Makes camping breakfast easy too.

I liked how convenient it was, especially on busy mornings. However, the flavor was a bit bland on its own, so I had to add vanilla and a little sugar to make it more enjoyable. The mix was good. I usually would by the other type they make, but decided to try the buttermilk, and I liked them. I didn't notice a huge difference in flavor or consistency or fluffiness from these compared to the other type, however. There was some difference in their fluffiness while cooking, however. The batter can be used to make funnel cake, or drop donuts with minor tweaks to the recipe, too, which makes them a versatile choice.
