ALPHA BIDET UX Pearl Bidet Toilet Seat in Elongated White | Ultra Low Profile...

Due to surgery and not having my dominant hand to use, it was suggested I buy a bidet. I ordered/received this a month ago and it has been the best thing ever! Because I wanted remote control the only ones I found had all the 'bells and whistles'. Since I knew nothing about bidets I did a lot of research and finally chose this Alpha Bidet UX Pearl. It was delivered the day before surgery and took very little time with no issues for my husband to install. Luckily I have an electrical socket next to toilet. I was thankful to have this important task ready for my post surgery needs. It seems to clean really well since I don't (can't) use tissue at all, but most would probably want to use a couple sheets only for full dryness. Maybe it's a female thing, but if sit for long or thru complete DRY cycle, it does stimulate to urinate again LOL. I love the heated water and position adjustment features. My husband absolutely loves the heated seat but doesn't really use the bidet features. Once you attach the wall mount, the remote is magnetized for easily taking on/off if needed. With my very large size, it was hard to find a sittable lid and this bidet fits the bill...very sturdy! Some of the reviews mention the beep sound when features change/turn on/off...this is no biggie because I'm in a closed room when using the toilet and what does it bother since I can barely hear it. Also some mention the length of cycles being too long, but you can stop anytime you choose with the stop button on remote. The osculating feature is nice and gives a more thorough cleaning. Of course the positioning of spout can be adjusted to hit the right spots. I have no need for the nightlight but it may come in handy at some point. I choose not to use the deodorizer. There is a 3yr warranty but I did not receive paperwork regarding this, so I need to contact manufacturer. I am completely ecstatic that I splurged on this purchase! Bidets are the best inventions, and I wholeheartedly believe a plus in cleanliness. I never want to go back to a regular toilet. I highly recommend the Alpha Bidet UX Pearl to everyone I know and to all you that are questioning a purchase. I have positive hopes that it lasts 3yrs or longer, but if it only gets me through until I can use my hand again it is well worth the purchase/cost! I will try to give an update after using a few months to inform you of my opinion and/or continued happiness.

I bought this seat in advance of open-heart surgery, since I knew effective wiping would likely not be possible. I didn't want to saddle my wife with that task. I installed the seat myself, and the most difficult part was installing a new power receptacle near the toilet. The rest was fairly simple, though I am an Engineer. The unit has been installed for 11 months now, and operational features and performance are exceptional. There are adjustments for water temperature and flow rate, nozzle position, seat temperature, air dry temperature and several presets for 2 users.

I got this bidet for Black Friday this year. Id been thinking about a bidet for a while now and thought I’d give it a try. After a bit of research, I found this one. I liked that it’s low profile. A lot of the bidets have such a high back that you can barely see the water tank for the toilet! Too intrusive for me. The warm water feature works well. 5 levels of temped water including, continuous warm water on demand. This means you will never run out of a warm wash. Also does cold/ambient temp water. Might need that this summer. The heated seat also works well. Too well actually. Can get VERY HOT! We don’t use it at all. The warm air/dryer feature works…. Pretty good. If you have a few minutes it might get you 80% dry or so. Takes a little while to get dry. No biggie. A little TP helps to dry off in a hurry. It has a 2 minute cycle that it runs of hot air and front & rear wash cycles. Idk if this is what Alpha Bidet recommends for cleaning times, but it works for me. Nightlight is a nightlight. You can turn it off as well. On the side of the seat. There is a knob to use the bidet if you lose your remote. It works. It is back-lit. Seat and lid drop slow. The deodorizer seems to work. It turns on when you sit down and turns off when you get up from the seat. You can also turn the deodorizer off. It makes a slight…. Fan sound? Bearly hear it, but it’s there. The other “Pure Bowl” freshener. Make a little noise when you turn it on. Not sure really what it does, but it is also included. You don’t have to turn it on if you don’t want to. When you set down. You hear a dripping sound of water. That’s the nozzle cleaning itself before and after you use the wash feature. The nozzle has three ways of cleaning. First is a direct shot at your…. Yep. The you can make it “pulse” at your…. Yep. And you can also make it “Massage” your…. Yep. I believe you have all these features with the front wash as well. You can adjust the nozzle to hit just right. This thing will CHANGE YOUR LIFE!! No BS! If you’re willing to shell out a little extra for Christmas. Then this “Luxury Bidet” might be what you’re looking for. Enjoy.

We have had this bidet seat for a week and are impressed by how well it works. I am older and it makes the cleaning process after going so much easier. Its quiet and has enough features to make it useful to anyone. I had my handman put it on because I am not very mobile but he did it quickly and with no trouble. He told me that he has been installing bidet seats since covid and his clients really like them. The one thing that I believe would make it better is to have a backlit remote. The remote is really great but it doesnt light up so I have had to put a rechargeable flashlight so I can see which button I am pressing at night. It is very sturdy, the warm seat is very nice and the unlimited warm water is really a plus. This seat would be a good choice if you are looking to get one.

This is a good bidet seat with lot of functionality! The night light is nice and bright, and the adjustable seat heating and water pressure is also very nice! The water pressure is strong enough for cleaning, you don't need more pressure than this unit generates. It's just pleasantly enough, plus the low profile doesn't look bulky in the washroom, nice design!

It is incorrect voltage - NZ and Australia are 220 volts. 110 is USA voltage

Our last experience with an electronic bidet was in Japan years ago, and I can't believe we found a reasonable alternative at a good price. As seniors, the use of wiping is becoming more difficult, especially after my abdominal surgery a few years back, and this unit has proven it's worth. We did have to have an electrician install a GFCI near the toilet, but the rest of the install was easy, once we replaced the solid water line with a flexible braided line. Instructions were clear but it took awhile to learn all the options using the remote. The nightlight is handy as there are occasional trips to the loo at night, and I don't have to turn on the bathroom lights anymore. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase, it will certainly make our lives easier.

New bidet. No issues. First reviewer must have gotten a faulty unit or gotten it unfortunately from a bad vendor. Will report back if it break ASAP. Fingers crossed. Great product

This bidet is comfortable and works well. Will reduce your toilet paper consumption.
