Used this for 1 season (maybe 8-10 days of use)- 1 D-ring pulled out.- All 4 corners of the hammock tore as the stitching was poor.- Will never fold back down to fit in the straps it comes in- Takes forever to pump = almost passed out pumping it the first time and then never deflated it again.

Update, we contacted the seller through Amazon. They quickly responded and within a week we had a replacement. Jen who responded was quick to answer questions and get the replacement shipped. We inflated it this evening and put it in the lake. We are in love with this floating dock. It’s perfect for lake living, sturdy and a great place to relax without worrying about the nibbling fish. Like others mention it is a bit slippery when wet but the construction is great. Looking forward to many years of use.Well, it’s sturdy and a beast. Sadly we found an inside corner leak near the netting seam before it was even put in the water. Attempted to patch but due to location it’s not an easy fix. Decided to plop it in the lake to check it out thinking I had sealed the leak but sadly it was still leaking. Discovered three other locations around that seam with leaks once it was in the water. I will update the review once we hear back and will hopefully have nothing but great things to say. Lemons happen. Hopefully they can make it right for us.

I purchased the 6’5” x 10’ dock and gave it a test run on my lawn. Perhaps I overlooked this detail, but these docks do not come with grip or foam padding. Extremely slippery when wet! Although it was entertaining to see my kids slip all over it, not appealing for adults trying to enjoy some beverages. Last thing is the pump. I got two pumps in my order and they’re horrible. I use my Milwaukee blower to put as much air inside as I can, then I used the pump it came with. At 3-4psi I started hearing air escape from the poor connection of hose to valve. The maiden voyage on the lawn only reached 4-5psi. I need to buy a quality pump/inflator to get this thing to 15psi otherwise you’ll be there a while. Godspeed

Used once. We soaked in it - no jumping or other harsh behaviors. A seam split open. I contacted the seller 2 days ago, but no reply as of yet, so I am returning the item. What a pain in the *ss. Sept 1, 2021

This thing is awesome! First off it’s massive, but it’s rolls up quite small! The netted portion is great for relaxing and playing with my 2yr old. Once inflated it’s very rigid and supports five adults easily and I have no doubt it could fit even more. Very slippery when wet though. Well worth the price!
