I've been taking BMVINVOL Ceylon Cinnamon for about three weeks and I can tell a difference in my energy levels and overall how I feel. There are a lot of cinnamon products out there and finding one that works and is affordable was what I was looking for. I also combined Berberine with this product to maximize the effects of lowering my glucose. I've been fighting high blood sugar for a long time and I could always tell when it spiked because I would get a headache and very tired. Since taking the BMVINVOL products (twice daily) I have not been having any of those spells. I will be getting my A1C checked in a few weeks and will update this review one way or the other.

This is a great supplement for lowering sugar levels. The Ceylon cinnamon alone is a great deal but it comes with 5 other ingredients which are superb. Going for my blood tests in 60 days so I'll be able to see the actual results.

Bought these recently. Have only been taking them for a week. So far I've not noticed the full benefits but I've not had any negative effects either. So far so good.
