What is the minimum and maximum water depth for optimum performance?

The best depth is submersing the water sensor (antennae looking) 3/4" below water. Maximum is 1 inch, but not less than 1/2". As you poor the water over the fogger, you will notice the best level, but the levels I have recommend is manufacturers recommendations.

What is the amount of fog output in mm per hour??

Don't waste your this is good only for 2 weeks, I have bought 2 of them and they quit working

Can this LED fogger strong enough to spin glass ball. Old one can but no Mist fogger. So I want to replace it with the fogger.

I don't understand your question. Please rephrase.

Is there a way to make the lights stay on purple ? thank you

Yes you can choose which color you want it to stay on the remote. I usually keep mine on the pretty blue or purple color. It's a pinkish purple. Hope this helps. :-)
