This Abs belt wins over other belts I’ve used like the Ab flex for example.I have used this for 3 weeks now and I feel my waist is tightening on the inside although I do cardio as well as strength workouts I feel like it’s a good additionI have used 1,4,6,7 and prefer the 6/7 programmes they are more intense.I intend to alternate the programmes instead of just sticking to one programme for the long haul.I use it 5 days a week and don’t use it the other 2 days to rest my muscles and I stick to this.It’s comfortable and sensations are more manageable I guess because the shocks vary throughout the program making it intense and lighter and then repeating .It’s too early for me to do a complete review but I am confident in the so far results and in time I’m sure will be much more but it’s a gradual process that needs much patience , exercise and good nutrition.

Got this 1 month ppt and it’s really helped strengthen my muscles.I had their pricier on for my first and it broke drying transit but I this this one is studier and works very well at a more friendly price

Expect to have to buy extender straps if you are medium build or larger, the belt out of the box is very short.

I liked the ease of use and found that after 1 week of use, it reduced my waist size considerably and started to firm up my stomach muscles.

This is the second one if these that I have owned in the last 30yrs and it appears to be equally as good
