Must have large counter space or move to another area to use. I place in corner and pull forward for use. Works well for me as I have limited counter height (11 1/2 in). Grills well with little to no smoke. instruction are well written and easy to understand. The glass lid comes off for easy cleaning.I have search for this oven combo for months and I think I chose a great one for my needs. It was also a good value based on others I looked at. I love the top loading feature. It’s so convenient. I can see how my food is cooking.If I had a manufacturers recommendation it would be to equip with a way to remove grill/basket when hot. Handles are convenient but must wait until it cools to remove.It looks so nice in the space. I must give the best rating overall due to my large counter space, cabinet height limitations and top loading feature.

I originally had one that was given to me and I love it! Eventually gave it away and decided to buy a new one and it was the best decision I ever made! It makes cooking so easy and efficient! The basket it comes with is my favorite part!

I love this indoor grill/air fryer! First thing I tried was the grill. I used frozen burgers and laid 4 inside on the grill plate. In less than 9 mins I had perfectly grilled burgers that were well done, but very juicy and tasted just like I had used the outside charcoal grill. I also tried the air fryer and used previously frozen potato wedges and used the guide that is provided in the usage materials and they cooked up nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.Cleaning isn't as big of deal as several have said. I feel it's easier than my previous air fryer and the fact that everything comes out and every crevice can be cleaned by hand and everything but the plastic base for the drip tray can be placed in the dishwasher if you don't want to hand wash.The glass lid is a great feature making it easy to check on your food while it's cooking without having to open it up and allow heat to escape.Cons: it is a large appliance so best to make sure you have the counter space for it. I recommend measuring your space. You will also need to allow for 4 inches in the back for proper operation and allow for heat to escape.So, if you have the space and are in need for a larger air fryer this is the ideal item.

I like the product but the clean up is aggravating. The air fryer basket needs to have some other type of nonstick coating on it. This is not a wipe it with a paper towel sort of thing and then you have 2 other drip trays to clean. I've tried spraying it with Avocado oil, I've brushed it with oil, I've taken paper towels and wiped oil on it but so far it doesn't make much difference, it's still getting stuff stuck to it. I'm not sure if I will keep it or look for a different option. You'll find yourself wiping the inside where grease gets and the burner part does not come out. I've yet to figure out how your supposed to bake in it because it has the basket and the grill plate. So far, that's been a no go. I bought silicone bakeware, that wasn't the answer either.

After a few uses this grill has become too much of a hazard. The first couple of uses it seemed to cook well, however, now it overheats, displays an error (E3) prompt, and shuts down. I have no idea what E3 stands for as there is nothing in the instructions about any error messages, nor is there any trouble shooting guide that refers ANY problems.The photographs that are attached illustrate the inconsistencies with the ambient temperatures. The temperature was set for 365F and it started to spike upward of 425F. What the photographs don’t show, is the burning electrical smell coming from the grill, or the buzzing sound coming from the display panel.The other issue is with the drip tray. I’ve done nothing but hand wash the tray after every use with mild dish detergent and warm water, and it is still difficult to work the grate back into the plastic insert. The manual instructs to allow the grill to completely cool down before removing the drip tray, which I did every time. The drip tray was hand washed and completely cool down every time, and it’s still warped.I considered taking the grill to a small appliance repair shop, however, I think at this point, I’ll just chalk it up as lesson learned about Gourmia products.

For the price point this machine is great. Does everything claimed. Plenty of heat and easy clean up. A little noisy (rattle at times) from the drip tray but manageable. Quality grill top and tray.

I’m really pleased with how this grill cooks food using its default settings—everything comes out perfectly done. However, it’s larger than I expected, so it might not be ideal if you’re short on space. Some components, like the tray, are made of plastic and can warp slightly if washed in very hot water. Also, grilling foods high in fat can create smoke that the internal fans don’t always dissipate completely. Despite these minor issues, I’m overall satisfied with its performance and the quality of the results.I would like a more compact grill but this works very well

Turns out this unit had been opened and put back together improperly. Led to E5 errors and on inspection I found a burned out circuit board. On the good side gourmia replaced the unit.
