Joovy Nook Nb High Chair, Reclinable Seat, Compact Fold, Swing Open Tray, Jet (2207)

We bought this for a gift for our daughter's very first baby. Baby has not been born. The only thing that I'm not super fond of is the legs stick out so far. But that's like in most high chairs that I see. And I know it's for stability. But they have a small kitchen so they will constantly be tripping over it. On the other hand, I had eight kids and I believe I tripped over all of theirs also.

Excellent high chair!! I find it easy to clean, fold and use! The wheels are pretty useless since they are only in the front :( but I like the feature where it can lean back for newborns! I don't know if it's worth the extra money from the Joovy Nook but I am happy with it

First, I contacted Joovy via chat to confirm this newest edition of the Nook highchair had an adjustable footrest, wipeable straps and and easy to remove seat cover. I was told yes to all! I received the product and all 3 of their answers were incorrect. The footrest is not adjustable, straps are not wipeable because they're still fabric and the seat cover still requires 2 screws on each of the armrests to be removed in order to wash. I called their customer service number to tell them my frustrations about receiving incorrect information and the rep went mute. She literally said nothing. For a $200 highchair they need to train and hire better customer service reps not to mention make more functional highchairs for $200. Unbelievable! I will be returning.

Brought as a baby shower gift.

The underside of the tray kept cutting my baby’s leg (cuts the size of cat scratches). The tray was too far from the baby even when pushed in all of the way, also the back of the seat didn’t get any support from keeping a smaller infant from slumping to the side. Just overall unpleased
