Excellent Read!!
I had walked away from reading the first season a while back, but when this book showed up in a recommendation for what to read next I decided to take a chance again and I'm so glad I did! It was so easy to fall back into the old rhythm- I'd really enjoyed the characters from the first reads and was glad to see how their characters had developed and the introduction of some new ones along the way. Macey and Jericho are a nice addition to the group and I like how Macey is not just an extension of Jocelyn. Each investigator manifests their gifts in individual ways and I really like how each one is accepted and trusted for their strengths and there is the awareness of their weaknesses by the other team members which helps them all function at their best. I fell in love with the paranormal at a very young age and my friends and myself spent many hours speculating on this old estate that was located in the woods behind our homes. We never did find out if there was a story to it or if the times and the economy just took it's toll on this sad place. This experience fostered our beliefs and led us on the strange journey into the unknown. When I read these stories of the Gulf Coast Paranormal Group it brought back those feelings of being so inquisitive and the need to enlighten myself. I truly can't wait for the next book!

It's alright
We have some truly dramatic and intense scenes in this book that harken back to Season 1's allure. However, the pacing is off and sometimes the language is a bit stilted. Grammatical errors are present, but not devastating to the story.I'd like to congratulate the author's husband for his work on Midas' chapters. I had no idea someone new was writing. Midas' quirks, struggles, charm, and tone are consistent with what we've come to expect from him. So, well done on what must have been an intimidating endeavor!

Epic as always
Another amazing spooky story to adds to my nightmares. GPC team know how to find spirits galore. Monica and now Kevin know how to write a story, and make you wonder. Thanks for a great read. On to the next.😁

Great storyline
This book has a great storyline as do all of Monica's books do. However, the grammatical errors drove me insane with misused words, missing words, incomplete sentences, lack of commas, etc. I hope the next book is better.

Good Book
I would have given this book a higher but it is full of content errors and I find that disturbing. Tell story is really good and I really enjoyed that aspect of the book. I do recommend it as a good book to read, just try to ignore the content errors.
